The third part of this series focuses on essences to anchor positive characteristics into the personality. As well as essences which can help us better identify newly discovered parts of ourselves. These essences fall into the category of strengthening essences. They can be used on their own or combined with essences from part 2. By combining essences from this group and those discussed in Part 2 of this series we can gain a significant benefits. How ever you choose to use these essences it is helpful to break the process into specifics to get a sense of how to order treatment. Here is a 3 fold way to organize your approach: 1.) Clear out the negative, 2.) build and/or rebuild the positive and 3.) anchor in the new aspects.

- Clary Sage-treats fear of risks, new challenges and/or new cycles
- Lousewort-learning to live in a new paradigm, changes attitudes and expectations from probabilities to possibilities
- Cerato-certainty of self, trust in intuition
- Chestnut Bud-for learning from mistakes
- Scleranthus- for ease of decision making, when one cannot choose between two options
- Wild Oat-vocational alignment, brings into focus the true calling of the soul
- Fawn Lily-enhances ones ability to share their gifts with the world, for overcoming shyness
- Mimulus-treats shyness, phobias and fear of known things
- Sage-helps one to draw wisdom from life experiences, helps one to perceive a higher purpose and meaning from life
